Personal Fitness Training

This program emphasizes a general high quality-of-life fitness level for the total body approach. There are not a lot of individuals who live to exercise. Instead, many are forced to exercise to live. Having to head to the gym every day in the rain or snow, being forced to wait for exercise and weight machines and having to share showers and locker rooms with complete strangers can easily put one off from exercising. One of the tricks to overcoming these obstacles is to find a personal fitness trainer to come to the home or office.

Free Fitness Consultation

During a free consultative session I visit your house and we discuss your fitness history, eating habits, previous injuries and fitness goals. An optional body composition and fitness analysis is also available and will be used when writing your workouts. Clients are encouraged to be apart of the exercise prescription process since you know what has worked/not worked in the past.

Strength & Toning

Maintaining lean muscle mass using resistance training provides myriad health benefits including increased metabolismto help burn more calories naturally, increased neural activity and proprioception, increased bone density, joint stability, and more. I utilize a variety of resistancetraining techniques to guide your body through all planes of motion.

In Home & Workplace Fitness

Recently, In-Home Personal Training has become more popular as many health and fitness clubs can be overwhelming and intimidating to a beginner exerciser or those less fit.  Those who are uncomfortable working out among large groups of people or just uncertain of how to use equipment properly are compromising the quality of their workout.  In-Home training allows you to exercise in the comfort and privacy of your own home as well as saving on a gym membership, gas money, and travel time too and from the gym.  In-Home training will also help to eliminate excuses about why you are missing workouts. 

Along with the growing popularity of In-Home Personal Training is the rise of In-Office Personal Training.  In-Office Training has all the benefits of In-Home training but can be done at the workplace.  I will develop a personal fitness program that can be done in very limited space in a limited amount of time. 

Community Fitness Complex Training

Do you live in a condominium or an apartment complex where the amenities include a community fitness center?  Have you ever used it or maybe you do but are unsure about what exercises to perform or how to even perform them correctly.  Again, like in-home and office training I will come to you and work with you on a personal program that will get you the results you are looking for and save you time and money.
